"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and can confidently say it offers first-class accommodation in every sense. "I spent so much money at this hotel. They claimed to accommodate service dogs. However the management harassed me saying my dog smelled bad. She was extremely rude and unempathetic to my situation. Its extremely disrespectful and disheartening to have to be approached about this . I was extremely embarrassed and uncomfortable. She later told me I would no longer be accommodated at all.. she's completely unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone with a service animal or without for that matter.. thanks for the embarrassing stay.. you sure know how to make people feel welcomed"
