"Front desk staff was lovely, but the property itself needs work. Our room had a musty, stale smell, the toilet was broken (though fixed promptly when I asked), and the bedside table had something sticky on it.Gym had no working water cooler or cups. This property has seen better days… Given the many hotels near the airport, I would choose a different spot."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and can confidently say it offers first-class accommodation in every sense. From the moment I arrived, the reception was exceptionally well run efficient, professional, and genuinely welcoming, setting the tone for the entire visit. Every area of the hotel reflected an impressive attention to detail, particularly when it came to maintenance and cleanliness. "I spent so much money at this hotel. They claimed to accommodate service dogs. However the management harassed me saying my dog smelled bad. She was extremely rude and unempathetic to my situation. Its extremely disrespectful and disheartening to have to be approached about this . I was extremely embarrassed and uncomfortable. She later told me I would no longer be accommodated at all.. she's completely unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone with a service animal or without for that matter.. thanks for the embarrassing stay.. you sure know how to make people feel welcomed"
