The staff members were pleasant and helpful. When we checked out we left behind our laptop, books and other items in a day pack we had placed inside a cabinet. When we realized we had left the pack behind we called right away. The staff member we spoke with was able to retrieve it from the cabinet in the room and put it in a secure spot until a relative was able to pick it up for us that evening.
