We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. A wonderful surprise awaited us at our checkin, both breakfast and supper were included in the price of our room. (Im not sure if that was mentioned in the write-up about this resort) And the food was great. Our room was clean and comfy although the wifi at the room was sketchy at best. It was good in the common area. The staff, led by Matt, were the best and did everything to accommodate us.

Excellent place to unwind. Good family feel at this small resort. The only downside is perhaps the food preparation or water is not completely up to standards, as we may have caught some bacteria from the resort...

Exceptional, very friendly staff. Highly recommended especially for families. We are definitely going back.

The Staff are exceptional! The location outstanding. I was very sad to leave there today.

This is a great hotel. Fantastic location, great views, good food and great staff. We booked already for next year upon our departure.

This is a beautiful resort with multiple pools, games room, spa, restaurant, and other amenities. Rooms were very nice. Overall an enjoyable stay.

The whole stay was amazing. Staff was great and helpful. They have arranged spa, tours, room service, early breakfast delivery and packed lunch, and transportation for us. The room has a breathtaking view and the design has a mediterranean feel to it. Very unique. Now, this hotel is very far from the town and each way cost 2,500. That’s the biggest issue we had. Not their fault. All transpo service offers that price. Also the hotel is a bit run down and needs maintenance. There’s lots of...

Beautiful resort

I like. the hotel which is minimalist and modern . Very clean and the staff are very accommodating to our needs and provides excellent service. Food are tasty.

We had a wonderful stay overall. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and our kids absolutely loved spending time in the pool. Breakfast offered a good variety each day, which we appreciated. The food overall was decent, although it wasn’t particularly memorable. The only downside during our stay was the bathroom. The shower glass door was incomplete, causing...

Great place to stay out of town. Great pools great view. Live music at night. You can sit on your deck and listen to the live music and order room service drinks. Had great time here

Will be back for sure it’s a great place to stay thank u to all the staff who was very friendly and helpful

Excellent staff service. The property is as described, with quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The food at the restaurant was nice. Our flight was early and the restaurant staff prepared takeout breakfast sandwiches for us. My only negative comment is the Resort’s incorrect phone information that appears in Expedia Canada website. I had trouble contacting the Resort because of.the phone mixup. Perhaps it was Expedia Canada’s fault but I reported the phone number issue with the resort and suggested...

Staffs are awesome especially Charmaine, highly recommended

Clean

I can’t say enough good things about Paolyn Houseboats! It’s an amazing and very unique property on Coron Island. The staff are so attentive and super helpful. The houseboats themselves are lovely, and the surrounding scenery is just stunning! We did two amazing tours while staying here, which were very good value and had incredible snorkelling! I will definitely be recommending this property to my friends and family, and hope to return one day!
