"Had mold in the room. A/C was falling into the room and only worked on one setting. Had to walk up 7 flights of stairs, because the elevator wasn't working. The stairs and hall was hot and musty. Paint was peeling on walls and ceiling. Furniture smells old and moldy. Etc........"
