"I've been coming to this resort at least annually, often more, since '92. For the past dozen years or so that's never been acknowledged at check-in and wasn't this time until I mentioned it. I love the resort, though, for a slew of reasons. The adult pool has been painted which is grand and the temperature and cleanliness of the water is great. The lobby bar staff are great. The Copper Room is back. The piano makes me think of Don Ramsay. I wish there was less noise in the hallways, though. I wish the carpets were cleaner in the main tower, loving as I do every squeak of the underboards. I detest having to wear a wristband to prove (to whom?) that I have a right to the pools. The ice and mix rooms may have ice, but no mix. The elevator had no button to the 4th floor and no notice how long that situation would continue. Overall I feel that the general standard has been slipping, ever so slightly, for a number of years, compared to my experience of a decade and more ago. That said, I will continue to come, because I do have the history of the place and I do feel healed when I go, one way or another."

"Lots of space, clean and well equipped. Huge kitchen was great! Property and furnishings quite dated but clean, comfortable and functional. Communication with the owner was excellent! Location was very good - nice quiet area, and the backyard views were nice. Lots of parking. Bedrooms could use bedside tables and lamps. Plenty of fluffy towels were appreciated."

"Couldn't have been any better for a short reset weekend with the family. Dezarae was so responsive and answered all questions quickly. She was so welcoming. The caboose itself was incredibly clean and the beds were very comfortable. Like sleeping in a puffy cloud.We've already talked about booking again next year."

"Needed a night's stay for 4 people in Cultus Lake area for the last week before Labour Day. Fit our needs as there was enough sleeping accommodations for everyone. The host was available through text which was helpful. We may need the same arrangement the same time next year so would definitely consider staying there again."

"We had a wonderful stay here! The location was just a short walk to the lake, as well as the Cultus Lake Waterpark and Cultus Lake Adventure Park. It made getting out and enjoying the area very easy.The place itself is very spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was absolutely responsive as well. From smooth check-in and check-out to answering all our little questions in between, Michael was wonderful."
