"Was unaware that this hotel had no parking available unless you paid the $65 dollar charge for valet on top of already paying for your room. Looked around and around for paid parking all of which were limited to 12 hours at a time vs overnight parking. Julian who greeted people first was great and went above and beyond his job! Ricardo the bar tender was also great! Unfortunately won’t stay here again due to the parking situation. There are other hotels in the area that offer free parking for guests staying there. "

"Breakfast was terrible stale pastries not even yogurt or any fruit. Room in bad repair, no luggage rack, lamp only on one side of bed, rack falling off wall. Overall, a dump. Expedia should drop them"

So kind and thoughtful for our anniversary as well as the amenities... we got unexpected snow and they helped us have a fantastic night! The architecture was stunning, the room was beautiful and the convenience of train station was perfect!"
