I picked this hotel for location . 1/4 from Ball Arena and was not dissappointed. Staff in Bar/restaurant - were GREAT. I liked the security they had with front doors and elevators.....thanks. I have told all my friends about my stay.

Check in was a breeze, staff was helpful, polite, and very welcoming. The hotel is located just minutes from the Ball Arena, we went to a concert and walked .4 miles to and from the Arena. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. I will certainly stay here should I attend a concert at Ball Arena

Originally picked this hotel because of the great location. Less than a 10 minute walk to anything you want. Upon arrival noticed it was a very nice hotel and has an excellent breakfast. The touchless water dispenser was a big bonus and it even has sparkling water! Will be definitely staying here again when we are back in town.

The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The valet was very convenient and useful. Many things were walking distance but when needed to use the vehicle, the staff was quick and efficient to retrieve it and have it ready. Overall was very nice and will most likely book again.

I do not travel a lot, but my family and I made a trip to Denver for a concert. We booked a stay at this hotel due to the convenience to Ball Arena. I was very very pleased with the hotel. Not only was staff kind, but the hotel was very clean. We felt very welcomed and very comfortable with our room. I had multiple interactions with staff and they were extremely friendly. This was also including the staff at the attached restaurant. Parking was expensive for valet but we paid each night due to the convenience of it. It actually was probably worth the cost for the valet parking as there wasn’t a lot of other parking choices. Thank you so SpringHill Suites for a great getaway!

Great location for Ball Arena events, if you would like to just walk over to the venue. However, I did not prefer having to cross the wide, busy street to get over to where all the restaurants and shopping are located. The hotel was very clean with good-sized rooms and comfortable bed/pillows. My only complaint is for having to pay for bottled water when there are no easily accessible stores around. That should be complementary, in my opinion.

We would definitely stay here again. The front desk staff were helpful. It was convenient to use the valet service and reasonably priced overall. The breakfast choices were exceptional. There are so many things to do within walking distance and much to see within driving distance.

We arrived early in day. They were very busy, but handled all effortlessly and smoothly moved everyone through. They held our luggage and called when a room became available. The room was as described, and clean with plenty of space. Would stay here again.

The only fault was a full garbage can when we first got into our room. I didn’t say anything to staff as it didn’t really bother me. Breakfast was good. Close to Ball Arena. Parking was expensive but it usually is downtown- we parked in a nearby parking lot for a lot less.

Beautiful property, this was a last-minute booking as the first hotel we went to was absolutely disgusting, my only wishes that we could’ve stayed longer as we checked in very late at night and had to leave early in the morning. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and the staff was wonderful. The only issue we had was that I didn’t realize there was no parking available, so we had to park in public parking down the street.
