"Stevie the host was great, attentive and assisted with all our needs. This is a well loved house and animals well cared for. I enjoyed meeting the animals. It was great visiting in the winter and look forward to summer time. Hot water a plenty, heating through out. It was great staying in a piece of history! Thank you! "This is one of the best properties in the Pioneer Valley for the price. Comfortable, clean, and central. The team at Evolve and the local property manager are incredibly kind and responsive. Check-in was flawless and our stay was an absolute 10/10 from top to bottom. Keep in mind this property does have stairs to get to the bathroom and bedrooms, but the double railings made it a breeze for my elderly parents. "Excellent staff: knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only shortcomings we encountered was the bathroom's lack of a rubber bathmat or safety bars (bathtub floor is quite slippery and dangerous) and an exhaust fan switch. We were told that those issues are to be addressed shortly."
