Staff is so welcoming and helpful. Thank you for your kindness.

Clean, new and helpful staff.

Wonderful hotel and staff. I bit of a strange smell in the room though. Too bad because everything else was great.

Great

Nice, clean, and good amenities. Only disappointment was lack of complimentary water in the rooms.

I ended up staying for an extra night because my flight was delayed. Both staff that checked me in each time were top notch. Very professional and polite. Asked us about our trip and thanked us for staying there. Best service I could ever expect. Thank you.

What a gem!! Definitely the place to stay when in Greenville, or even to visit specifically as a vacation. It’s not in the city (about 15min drive) and that’s the beauty of this place: it’s away from touristy stuff, and in the middle of nature, but close enough to the city that you can always go and visit. The service was 6 star! All the staff were super friendly, and while a part of it is “southern hospitality “, there for sure is an added factor of the culture of the hotel. Great dining...

Very clean with Friendly Staff and Very efficient and Helpful

My boyfriend and I had a very comfortable stay at the hotel! The room was very clean when we first arrived. However, our maid didn't clean up our room for us, other than change the towels. Other than that we enjoyed the free Internet and the friendliness of the staff. The complementary breakfast wasn't bad either.

Extremely comfortable beds. My only complaint would be that there wasn’t a fan/vent in the bathroom.

Staff were very accommodating- we arrived early and they allowed us to check in early

Enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms, great staff, awesome breakfast

Very good!

airport shuttle was so convenient. The hotel was very clean, large rooms beautifully decorated and very comfy bed and pillows. Staff were friendly. Would definitely stay again.
