Its location was ideal, as we were able to walk wherever we wanted to go in the downtown area. Parking was easily available and accessible behind the unit. John, the contact person made sure to let us know that the checkout time would not be changed and that there would be a fine if the parking pass wasn't left, but when I indicated that this was a getaway for my daughter whose house had been destroyed in Asheville by Hurricane Helene, there was not one word of kindness, sympathy or concern. This place isn't cheap and a little more of a personal touch would have been nice.
