The hotel itself was clean, breakfast was good, bed was comfortable. On our second night of our stay, there was a high school soccer team staying the night and group of them was very disrespectful yelling, jumping up and down above us and keeping us up all night long. I called the desk at 2:30am and they stated they would go tell them to settle down. At 3:44am, I called the desk again and it was obvious that the guy at the desk never went to tell them to respect those around them. There was no sleeping at this hotel with all of the disruptions from the other group. Too bad the employees didn't care about the other people staying the night that they were keeping up all night. No discount given after complaining during checkout. I was given a card for a free appetizer with purchase at Texas Roadhouse that was only good for the Greenville, SC location.
