They bent over backwards and went the distance to make our stay great. Love the shuttle service to local sites. What a comfy, large suite and superb bathroom. It really makes the stay awesome.

I came from a long trip and a horrible hotel. My Son, who lives here in Chicago, met me at the airport to help me find a hotel to stay at overnight. Everything was perfect about this hotel, except we did not realize that it was so far from the airport. It was late, so we did not have time to explore the area, especially since we did not know where we were and if there was anything worth seeing nearby. I still will recommend this hotel.

The stay was good, I expected something different when they mentioned whirl pool room, so it looked a bit small, but thats on my perception not the hotel. Additionally they are in the middle of renovating so there were little signs of that around whoch should be all fixed whrn the reno os complete. I would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Beautiful place, and had it's own restaurant as well. My room was as nice as I have had in a while. I would definitely stay here again.

Booked this property ahead of time so we could check in after a long day of traveling. Got to the hotel with confirmation number and proof of payment and they said they couldn’t process the request. Have been waiting to get it resolved for over forty minutes and still nothing. Front desk has helped several other guests with their check in. Would love to give a review if the hotel but haven’t left the lobby.

Stayed here for one night after party over the New Years Eve. All we needed for one night is comfortable bed. BTW I love coffee in the am, hotels usually don’t serve good free coffee. This hotel coffee was excellent. I was literally shocked. I also asked kitchen if I could have some milk vs cream ( I like milk with my coffee) and they brought me a cup of milk right away. The breakfast was not inluded but we didn’t care for breakfast. Hotel met our needs for one night stay.

Needs a Renovation

This hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. Had to move to another room because my 20 year old tv didn’t work, the bed in my new room had a divot from thousands of people sleeping on it, the furniture just looked worn and in need of replacement. The people were great. But everything looks old and worn out.
