Staff really nice. Laundry is clean and smells good. Guests are smoking in rooms and we can smell right away. Neighborhood doesn't feel safe at all, had to park our car across the street in fear to have it broke in...

Clean, friendly staff! Bed was very hard, and Ill be sore for a few days. Thin walls; when my neighbors took a shower, it was like I was in the room with them. But, like I said, very clean, friendly staff, convenient location and reasonable price. Would consider booking again.

The room was not clean and had a very bad odor. Even though the rooms on our end of the hallway were non smoking, there was a very strong smell of marijuana from the other guests. The bed was not clean and the towels and wash clothes were old and faded. I will not stay here again.

Old and run down, smelled like stale cigarettes, wallpaper in room was peeling, bathroom counter and toilet lid had cigarette burns on them. Towels had stains. Carpet coming off the stairs.

Upon arrival the room we had reserved either did not exist or had been rented to someone else. The only room they had available would not accommodate our family. The (what I assumed were husband and wife) were having a conversation in a foreign language in front of me, prior to telling me the room I had reserved was not an option. They marked us down as a “no show” when it was their failure to honor the reservation. Disappointing experience and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room didnt look like it was cleaned as the mirrors were dirty as well as the top of the dresser and side table and desk. Microwave and mini fridge also were dirty. Exhaust vent in the bathroom was also nasty. Linens were stained. Bed was super hard, camping in a tent on the ground wouldve been more comfortable than the bed. There was thumping all all hours from the neighboring rooms. Hallway areas smelled horrible as well.

IT WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL EVER! THE PICTURES ARE FALSE. IT WAS DIRTY AND SMELLY AND JUST DISGUSTING. NOTHING GOOD ABOUT IT AT ALL.
THIS WAS IN THE ROOM, DON'T EVEN KNOW WHY IT WAS FILTHY AND UNUSABLE.
