Nothing the host can do about that. Upstairs neighbor has heavy feet :) used spot hero to book a parking spot for the over night. Pros: excellent location, cute neighborhood, bus stop close by. Apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Easy for 6 adults. Communication with owner was quick. She was always answering texts/questions immediately and very nice. Cons: small drawers/dresser would have been nice. We only had 1 suitcase stand.
