The hallways smelled horrible especially the end rooms (where we were). It smelled like sewage and like a factory. The rooms are very small but the could be only end rooms.

Check in/out was easy and we were able to get an early check in. Staff was super friendly and we were able to walk back from the festival we attended at Union Park. A great stay overall!

Very convenient to Randolph St (Restaurant Row) and location was very safe. Close to public transporation if you want to use but if you like to walk, the area was very safe. Location is about a 20 to 25 min walk to Millennium park or less for other attractions like theatre distric or chicago river tour.
