Our room had a beautiful view and a terrace overlooking the ocean. The staff was so helpful and letting us know the best ways to get around and the beach that’s close by. The beach what’s so private it was awesome.

The check-in process was completely lacking. I stood outside for over an hour emailing calling and trying to get lit in the door. It says the front office is open, but you have to know how to get in the door. Apparently you have to use the keypad and click on one of the options that was available. But nowhere was that in the directions and the phone number to call the reception area was not taking phone calls and no one ever responded to my emails so I spent almost 2 hours standing outside until other people came along and let me in. Absolutely ridiculous!

Great spot with incredible views, The pool area was stunning as it looked out over the coast. Although it's a little far from the downtown the hotel offers a shuttle that makes travelling to the core a lot easier.

"We stayed for one night. The superior room was very specious. The SPA is wonderful and highly recommended. Breakfast was ok. We arrived at 9:30 and at 9:45 the staff started to take out the food although it was supposed to be open until 10:00. There was a noisy party outside the hotel until late ..."
