"Beautiful property. Easy walking distance to Broadmoor Arena, the movie theater, Target, and some restaurants. Right off the highway. My room had a few problems. The bathroom door needs to be planed, as it grazes the floor. Toilet sits a bit too low for me. The convenient side outlets on the little table between the beds did not work. Other than a few hiccups, it was a very nice hotel and most of what I expected from a Double Tree Hilton. Very clean and the lobby area was very classy. Breakfast was nice. There's a menu option or the buffet and a Starbucks. Enjoyed my stay very much."

"The room was decent, there was a plumbing issue so we didn’t get to stay in our requested room. Then we were wrongly charged for smoking in a non smoking room. This charge was placed back on my account but it was a hardship on my traveling expense. The breakfast had hair in the eggs. I would not wish to stay at the hotel again by choice. If I had to, the beds were decent if you’re in a pinch for somewhere to stay. "

"Our stay was great! Hosts were wonderful and very attentive, as well as accommodating our schedule. House was very clean and inviting. Had plendy of essentials on hand. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommended. "

"Everything was great. There were 6 of us and we had more than enough space. Our 5 and 6 year old boys had plenty to do. It was nice that there were games, dishes, etc. for the kids to use. Hosts were great and checked in with us throughout the trip to make sure everything was okay. It was snowing when we got there and the host was finishing up shoveling when we arrived to make sure it was clear. Stores and restaurants were within a 10 minute drive. It was very quiet and peaceful. Overall, we had a great stay and a great trip!"

"Booked through Hotel.com. Was charged around $90.00 when I left the hotel. Called the hotel to inquire about charges. Was told a “ghost card should have been charged if booked through hotel.com”…Have not heard back. Still don’t know why my credit card was charged an extra 90.00?!"
