"Hands down, one of the best Holiday Inns I have ever stayed at! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was comfortable, breakfast was good, and parking was convenient. My only complaint was housekeeping. I requested service on a few different days, but unfortunately no one came to clean the room. Aside from that, we had a great stay and I would definitely consider staying here again."

"We had a wonderful 2 day get away in Charlotte ,NC and decided to stay in this hotel . I booked online after looking at the location and the rooms available. We were so pleased with our king suite rm 208 and shocked at the amount of space we had We loved the set up with 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Our oldest daughter was surprised with a. Visit to the titanic expo just a short drive away and our youngest loved the pool which was clean and well maintained. We throughly enjoyed the full breakfast buffet with so many things to choose from. We will always choose this hotel whenever we come to Charlotte to visit. We also left a few items in our room and called the hotel and they found them and we paid to get them back in 2 days . We do think it would be nice to have a larger trash can for the kitchen since ours was overflowing, but we made it work. We hope to be back on the near future and will book a room here again. Thank you!"
