"I was surprised by the large rooms. check in was easy and the rooms were very clean. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. Extra towels and washcloths were brought to room within 5 minutes of asking. Cleanliness is very important to me and it was great. The tub drain needed to be snaked, it took awhile for the water to drain. Room 203. Other than that 5 stars. I loved that it was 2 blocks from the boardwalk, close for access but quiet for sleeping."

"It's a nice place. Garrett was easy to contact and returned messages quickly. We have no issues at all with Garrett or our rental. It's just out of the way enough from the beach to not constantly have people in your face. The planes were no bother to us either. Thanks Garrett!"

"The house was just as advertised. Nice and clean and the location is great. It’s close to all the hot spots at the beach but in a nice residential area so less congested. The beach access is a short walk and the beach was clean and not too crowded."

"We had two families with 4 adults and 3 young kids. This home is great with so much open space. Walkable to most things we wanted to do/places we wanted to eat. The adults used to live in VA Beach before we had any kids, so we felt right at home!"

"Our group of 6 adults enjoyed a great stay at this property for a week. Close to the beach and other activities we had planned. We all had enough space for privacy and the large kitchen/dining area was excellent for making meals and playing board games. Sony, the host, was very responsive to a few questions and unforeseen incidents that occurred. My only "complaint" is that a burner on the stove does not work and the bottom rack of the dishwasher is missing a wheel and therefore does not roll...

"A group of us traveled in from Pittsburgh to catch a show at the pavilion. The town is quaint and quiet but has a lot of food/drink options and is very walkable. The pavilion was very nice as well. The home was clean and had plenty of space for us to be there for the short times that we were not out enjoying the town. "My family and I stayed at this property from June 7, 2024 to June 9, 2024 to attend a wedding. It was everything that it said it would be in the description. The neighborhood was quiet and close to a lot of eateries and shopping. The house was extremely clean and the host was awesome. Any time that I reached out, the host responded immediately. I highly recommend this property and if I come to town again, I would definitely try and stay there."
