"The only thing that needs fixing, is the sink in the bathroom. It doesn’t drain that quickly, and it’s not a lot of force when you flush the toilet, you have to hold it down."

"Breakfast, and the staff in the breakfast area, were great. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful at check-in and every morning. The room was comfortable (the air conditioner was pretty loud when the compressor kicked in). The shower was great. The only problem was that housekeeping never came to clean or replenish the towels in the six days we stayed, even when we stopped by the front desk in the morning to inform them that we would be away for the day. The TV was very loud when it came on to the main menu page and the sound kicked in and out when watching a program. CBS was not available on their system. The pool area was nice but very loud from highway noise."

"The room was very clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was good and a lot of variety. We didn't have time to use the pool or the workout room or the hot tub, if there was one. But they look clean as well. We would stay there again without a doubt. Love that it's no smoking no pets."

"I recently stayed at Comfort Inn with my daughter and niece and overall had a positive experience, rating it a 4 out of 5. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast—it was fresh, well-stocked, and had a good variety of options to start the day. We also really enjoyed having access to the pool and were able to get a nice swim in together, which made the trip even more fun and relaxing. The only downside was that the ice machine near the front desk wasn’t working during our visit, which was a bit inconvenient. However, aside from that minor issue, everything else met expectations. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay for us, and I would consider staying here again."

"Dirty sticky floors and walls, hair in bed under the sheets and in bathtub upon arrival. Toilet leaked and often did not flush. TV turned on but most channels just showed an error. Had an interaction with the hotel attendant after calling the 800 number to voice a complaint. He stated that they tried knocking on the door the day before but we didn’t answer, however I had only reported the issues a few minutes prior to our interaction. Not a fan of being lied too. All in all I wasn’t expecting the comfort and quality of the Ritz but I was expecting a working toilet, clean floor, sheets and tub. This was my 3rd time in the last 10 years staying at a Red Roof Inn. 2 of the 3 times have been bad. Safe to say it will be another 10 years before I do it again. I also have photos, video, screenshots and audio recordings of all the issues as well as interaction with the one staff member."

"We came to our room about 1:30am and there was no towels or wash cloths in room so that we can take a shower. My son went downstairs the next morning around 9 am and the lady said that they had no clean linens. How you didn’t have any the whole day before or the next morning. Did they check the rooms. So mad I had to go buy towels to wash"
