The Moonlight Retreat is a newly renovated luxury mountain experience.

The retreat is filled with stylish decor, modern appliances and updates, cathedral ceilings, and stunning year-round Mountain Views.

The Mountain Views are beautiful from the expansive outdoor deck that features a Hot Tub, fireplace, gas grill, ceiling fans, rocking chairs, outdoor dining area, and hammock chairs.

We are located in the Aska Adventure area minutes from all of the best hiking, tubing, and mountain biking.

The Moonlight Retreat is newly renovated luxury experience with stylish decor, modern appliances, many updates throughout the space, and beautiful year-round Mountain Views.

The kitchen is modern with stainless steel appliances and a fully stocked pantry with all of the cooking and grilling utensils you could imagine. There’s a french press, drip coffee pot, and Vertuo Nespresso machine. Ground coffee, filters, creamer, and sugar are provided, just bring your Vertuo Nespresso pods. You’ll find a large dining table with room for six in addition to seating for two at the kitchen countertop.

The living room features cathedral ceilings with the best Mountain Views from the green velvet sofa located in front of the indoor gas fireplace. There’s a 60” Smart TV in the living room loaded with all of the steaming applications and logins included for YouTube TV, Hulu, HBO, and Netflix.

The main level bedroom features a queen memory foam mattress, Smart TV, ceiling fan, and access to a full bathroom with a shower bathtub combination. Inside the bedroom closet, you’ll find a variety of board games, puzzles, and books.

The loft features cathedral ceilings with some of the dreamiest views of the cabin with the A framed ceiling and exposed beams. Relax and listen to a record on the record player or connect via bluetooth to play your favorite playlist. Explore the night sky with the telescope that you`re welcome to take on the back deck for the best Moonlight views.

The basement includes a separate living space and game room combination with a 65` Smart TV, pool table, and bistro table set. Enjoy playing pool or the giant connect four set which you are welcome to bring outside.

The basement bedroom features a queen memory foam mattress, Smart TV, ceiling fan, and access to a full bathroom with a shower bathtub combination. Inside the bedroom closet, you’ll find a portable space heater that you are welcome to use throughout the home.

The expansive wrap around outdoor covered back deck features many private spaces throughout the deck. There’s a set of rocking chairs to sip on coffee or wine while overlooking the mountains, a dining table for six, hammock chairs, ceiling fans, lanterns and timed string lights.

On the covered front deck, you’ll find additional outdoor seating and an outdoor gas grill with propane provided. Around back you’ll find the Hot Tub, outdoor wood fire pit with additional seating, and horseshoe pit.

There is no leasing office; you will drive directly to the residence for access. You will automatically receive a unique access code for the Yale keyless entry system the day before check-in.

Parking is easy and plentiful in the driveway with space for multiple vehicles, trailers, and boats.

The house is on a septic system, please use extreme care with plumbing and sinks. Please only use septic tank safe toilet paper, place all feminine products in the trash, and do not place any food or grease in the sink as there is no disposal.

It is very important to be diligent about not leaving food or garbage outside of the house. Garbage must be left inside of the house or disposed of inside of trash bags in the Bear Box at the back of the house. All trash must be placed inside of a trash bag or else it will not be picked up. Please do not place any trash in the Bear Box without it being in a trash bag, including large items like pizza boxes. Please be diligent as bears are very active in the area!
