"Cute little room. Nice neighborhood. Just make sure you read the sign on back of door and contact the owners asap - was told I stole towels that were never there because I never contacted the owner of the missing towels the day I checked in."

"This property is centrally located in Nexton. Our check-in was delayed by 30 mins due to cleaners still at the property. Parking is a real challenge as it is a large apartment complex. The unit is on the ground floor with an outside door. Traffic noise can be heard inside during peak travel times and when cars race down the main road behind the complex. The photos that were provided during our check-in did not match what we had. Some decorating was still in the process of being done, but...

"The apartment was on the 3rd floor the occupants on the floor above us were terribly loud morning and night. The apartments are inside like a hotel, as you walk down the hall after you get off the elevator the smell of Marijuana was so strong. There were two little boys who played kick ball is the inclosed hallway kicking the ball at the walls so loudly I had to ask them to please be a little quieter they also had hoverboards that they were riding up and down the halls screaming and playing. "Bed was broken. We weren’t told about it. I messaged owner and let her know. She told me that it was done by the previous renter and she had a new one coming the day after we left. 2 days later I get a message that we were being charged $600 for “damaged linen & a broken seal”. We did not damage anything nor did we break any seals. We saw the camera in the living room. We wouldn’t have damaged anything anyway but we darn sure wouldn’t knowing there were cameras!
