"The kitchen was well equipped with spices and most kitchenware. The furniture and bedding was nice. There was excellent communication and the setting was lovely. The location worked for us. If we had been there in warmer weather, we would have enjoyed more of the amenities. The only negative was that the upstairs with the second bathroom and third bedroom (which we ended up not needing) was not heated. The listing says "upstairs" but doesn't make it clear that it's a separate area from the rest of the house, not on the central heat and air. It wasn't a problem for us, but anyone counting on using that room should be aware. They provide a space heater and window AC, but we didn't test them out. "
