« For an unexpected last minute change of our hotel accommodations, we were so very satisfied with Bay Mountain Inn. We didn't know anything about this hotel so didn't really know what to expect. From the moment we walked in until the moment we checked out, we were extremely satisfied. The front desk associates were so friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The rooms were very clean and completely met our needs. The continental breakfast was the basic easy and light food. ...

« We checked in late and was suppose to meet friends at 7:30 the next morning. We got up to shower and there was not 1 towel or washcloth anywhere in the room. The office did not open until 10:00 so no shower that morning! The staff was extremely rude. We had rented for 1 night. We checked in around 8:00 that afternoon. We told them that we might want to add another night. WE was told we better go ahead or it would be booked. We did. Then during the night we got a call of a death that we...
