Walk in to lobby greeted by Briana. She was very curious and friendly. My room was ready as requested. She explained the policies in well I could understand. Room was presented in a at home condition. Air conditioner worked awesomely. The on site restaurant is a big plus. Free pancake breakfast was just what I needed. Staff was great in all except of service. Would stay there again if I'm ever back that way.

The Pros- The location was AMAZING! Close to the Parkway and attractions, but also away from the crowds. The condo was spacious and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. Bonus- We had a beautiful mountain view from our balcony. I was given a number for security at check in. I was traveling alone with my 2 teen daughters , and I always felt safe. The cons- super thin walls! We heard kids running and screaming above us THE ENTIRE TRIP! The pool was right outside our room, and same thing- kids SCREAMING anytime we were in the room. I once had small kids too, so I understand. But if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing trip, this might not be the place for you.

The attendance at the desk was excellent. My husband had taken a fall. He’s elderly and on oxygen our room was ready and they let us check in early was so happy with the stay will be coming back.

Loved the room. clean and comfortable. Could use a little more attention to the floors as they tend to be slippery
