« Our host was just wonderful! He was attentive to our needs and went above and beyond by even bringing my grandson an air mattress & showing us his horses. The cabin was beautiful and the outdoor fireplace and hammock was great. The only problem we had was the television service was spotty even after our host tried to fix it. All in all, a wonderful visit. »

« The house is very cute. It has a lot of character. It’s a proper log cabin. It had everything we needed to cook and have a nice weekend. It’s in a great location with access to the water. The loft is very cool but also very high. It was not a good option for a small child but the downstairs bedroom was perfectly adequate instead. We had a lovely time. »

« The cabin was nice and had everything we needed. Could have been a little cleaner and the lawn was very high and that means lots of ticks and that's not ok for us or our fur baby. It didn't get mowed until the day before we were leaving. Also has an ant problem. Small things, but need to be addressed. The host was friendly and helpful. We probably would stay again if these issues were taken care of. »

« This property was absolutely amazing! We came to Cooperstown to celebrate my Dads birthday and had an amazing stay!. There was plenty of room for all of us (6 adults, 3 kids and 1 baby). The cabin is so family friendly— plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable and a bonus game room downstairs!. My sons loved playing billiards and my husband enjoyed the front porch and solitude. The house is spotless clean and the owner provides everything you’ll need during your stay and even checked in multiple times to ensure we had everything we wanted. The property is right on an excellent stretch of the West Branch that is full of fish- you can’t beat walking out the back door and right into the river. Spacious house. Great appliances.
