« My husband and I had a wonderful stay! Check-in was easy and communication with Christine was fantastic. Our son was playing at Cooperstown and staying here was absolutely peaceful. Which is exactly what we needed after long days at the ballpark. We even got to bring him back and make him a home cooked meal during a break from games. Perfect stay in a gorgeous setting! »

« We had a great time staying at the property. We got to fish, see horses, and enjoy the outdoors. The kids loved it. Plenty of room in the house. Our favorite part was the very friendly barn cat Jackie! »

« We were a group of seven adult friends and also had another seven guests visit for a sort of reunion event. This house is an open concept with plenty of space to enjoy inside. The best part about this house was the side and back yards as well as a porch deck with a picnic table and a roof. Given the space and dates we stayed, we would highly recommend this place to all kinds of of people/groups to rent. I should also add that this house is a great value and for sure we will very likely return...

« We had a great stay here! The host was incredibly responsive and also had a lot of proactive communication and gestures. We’d mentioned we were getting in late, and wonderful and thoughtful accommodations were made for that. We loved the puzzles & puzzle board, since it rained. Lots of kids books and legos, too. The kitchen was clean and well stocked! Would recommend or return, hopefully for a longer and more dry time. The ONLY downside to me was the NY-23 traffic noise from the front,...

« This house was amazing! We stayed for baseball tournament in dreams park. Perfect distance to the field. House had all the bells and whistles. All we needed was food. Great job with the remodel, it's like staying in a brand new house. We definitely recommend to anyone going to Cooperstown. »

« Perfect home for a small family vacation…or in my case a vacation to watch my son play at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house is absolutely as described, the rooms immaculate, with attention to detail…and if you are looking for r & r the location is ideal. I enjoyed sitting out on the farmers porch, watching deer meander on by during the afternoon, and with a glass of wine under the stars at night. « Rabbit Run was everything we were looking for during our stay in Cooperstown. It was spotless, well-appointed, beautifully decorated, spacious, and incredibly cozy and comfortable. « Property is spacious and extremely peaceful with beautiful sunsets ! Homeowners think of all the little things everyone forgets . Pac-Man game was a big hit along with the beautiful deck and fire pit. Family had a great time ! Highly recommend ! »

« The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! The temperature reached 100 degrees but house does has a couple fans and gets a really good cross breeze when you open the doors and windows. I wish more of windows and the exterior doors had screens has there were quite a few...

« We spent five nights at this amazing property and it is by far one of the most beautiful and serene places we’ve ever stayed. The photos are truly representative of the farm’s many wonderful spaces. Everywhere you look the view is stunning. The early light barely illuminating the horses as they graze in the morning fog, the deer feeding in the upper field at twilight and the moon and stars shining brightly over the pond are images that will stay with us.
