« House was nice, lots of room. Unfortunately they high teched the house too much. Light switches every where and only half actually did something, no guidance on the multiple thermostats, non-working ceiling fan. Two dishwashers, but only plastic and paper dishes. Only 12 solo cups for 14 of us, and when we asked for more we got “there are more in the closet”. After hunting through multiple place, we found nothing. We ran out of the paper plates also. Garbage outside was overflowing. »

« The place was clean and ready for us when we got there. The kids enjoyed seeing the farm animals and the farm dog. The house was out away from everything which was nice because it was very quite and peaceful. We asked to have fire wood so we could have a small fire and it was there, unfortunately we couldn't have a fire just because we eneded up busier than anticipated with our sons family days at suny oneonta. The house was very large and had plenty of room for 7 of us. They had board games and...

« Location is really nice, view is super, beds were comfortable. We mostly enjoyed our stay. Probably won't stay again due to few small things that really diminished the overall experience and stress. We could not wash our clothes, big deal for a family packing limited clothes. Washer and dryer look to be from 1982\. Electric stove worked but we could never get the pans hot enough to cook food in a timely manner. The dishwasher leaked, it was newer model but we got through that one.Should address...

« We had a lovely time at Olivia House! We were two families traveling with 5 children ages 9-13\. The kids absolutely loved playing in the creek and it was nice they could share one big bedroom together. The living rooms were perfect for the kids to have one and the adults have the other. Wanda and her husband were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! »

« It's a good, clean farm house with country style living. We used it for a location to house 4 workers. It had everything you need to cook and be independent. Like any country living you do have bugs, animals, horses, cat, and deer roaming around. If you're into nature and a quite peaceful location this is it! Jereme was very helpful and we would stay again. »

« Rabbit Run was everything we were looking for during our stay in Cooperstown. It was spotless, well-appointed, beautifully decorated, spacious, and incredibly cozy and comfortable. Steve and MJ were so kind and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The game room and fishing ponds were a huge hit with my two sons who weren’t playing at Dreams Park, and they provided endless entertainment for the whole family when we weren’t at the fields. Rabbit Run is truly the perfect place for any...
