"We have stayed at the Hanover Inn many times. It is a beautiful upscale Inn with lots of attention to detail. The front desk team members are so caring and well trained. The only concern we had during this trip was the valet service. They were very disorganized, lack solid communication and customer service skills. Unfortunate because they are the first interaction of a visitors stay at the beautiful Inn. "
