"Things initially got off to a rough start but seriously improved to make the overall stay a good to very good one. It was 10 pm when we checked in after 20 hours of international travel. When I turned down the bed, sheets were wrinkled and a pair of dirty socks were found…obviously, this bed had not been cleaned. But management were appropriately horrified and the room was spotlessly cleaned the next day and we were given a free night at the hotel. Excellent parking, lovely pool with nice...
