"The person at check in was excellent. Very patient and provided great instruction on how-to get to room and where to park. The person at desk the next day (Cory/Cori) was condescending when we asked for directions to the breakfast location on-site. Cory/Cori rattled off the directions as if we were familiar withe the property. When asked to explain clearly with our map, Cory/Cori pointed to the paper and said, " this is an elevator" and proceeded with instructions. Cory's tone was curt and condescending. We will not stay at this property again or recommend it. Also for a smoke free property, our room smelled like cigarettes."

I initially stayed here during a work trip to Chelan with several team members and industry partners, and the home was perfect for hosting both colleagues and clients. It offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out, gather comfortably, and enjoy time together. The home was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed.What really stood out was how versatile the property was. After our work week wrapped up and most of the team headed home on Friday, my wife and kids arrived for the weekend, and the house transitioned seamlessly from a professional setting to a relaxing family getaway. My family loved the property, and it was a great place to unwind and enjoy Chelan together.The location was fantastic, the amenities were excellent, and the overall experience exceeded expectations! Whether you’re planning a corporate retreat, hosting clients, or simply looking for a memorable family vacation spot, this home checks all the boxes. I highly recommend and look forward to re-booking soon!"

"I never booked this hotel, never got a confirmation email or anything that would indicate I had ‘mistakenly’ booked a room. I didn’t know I supposedly booked a room until a call at 9:30 pm the night I was supposed to arrive. I was already checked into the hotel I had booked in the same town that evening. The front desk the next day was very unhelpful and said I was a registered guest and had to pay full rate even though I had no confirmation email from them or Orbitz. Pretty sketchy business."

"The home is beautiful! Loved the kitchen. Bedrooms were spacious and quiet. Check-in was easy and the staff were very nice. We did have an issue with the front door lock the morning after we arrived. The battery had died in the door lock, but maintenance came right away to change the battery and it worked great for the rest of our stay.The highlight of our stay was sitting and visiting on the upper deck the last evening we were there. The weather was great and the sunset was perfect!"

"I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory.The air conditioner in the room was not working properly, which made the stay very uncomfortable—especially since I was traveling with four kids, including a 6-month-old baby. Around 12:30 AM, I contacted customer care, and they informed me that a ticket had been raised and someone would call back. However, I did not receive any follow-up.I had to call two more times, but still, no one responded or resolved the issue. This lack of response and follow-up was very disappointing.I usually do not write negative feedback, but this is the first time I felt it was necessary due to the poor service and lack of accountability. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their customer support and response time."
