I wish the AC went to 20 degrees Celsius (the lowest was 22)

The hotel was clean and staff was helpful however this hotel did not feel like a 4 star hotel. The hallway was very dimmed with few lights turning on when walking to your room from the elevator. There was no mini refrigerator or coffee machine in the room as you would expect from a 4 star hotels. There were 2 water bottles on the little table in the room and a safe. The shower doors very poorly installed and no matter what you do water was spilling out from the shower stall to the bathroom floor. The underground garage was good however the exit required assistance as only one door was opening automatically while the second required staff assistance ether through intercom or physically by scanning the staff’s badge. The breakfast location at the restaurant was fine however breakfast selection was extremely limited in comparison to other 4 star hotels. This hotel definitely felt as 3 stars the most and I would be hesitant to stay there again.

This is lovely hotel, located in the heart of the pedestrianised old town. Despite the touristy location the hotel is peaceful with an impressive central courtyard where you have breakfast. The hotel has a restaurant called Le Comptoir next door where we ate and can recommend. But there are many many other restaurants within a short walk mostly serving the hearty local bouchon cuisine.

Clean room, great staff. The only issue is our room was a different part of the building and required me to carry the suitcases across the stairs.
