"It was in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The family who owns it was very accommodating and pleasant to talk to. We will definitely look at them first next time we stay in Erie."

Nice selection of hot & cold offerings. Located near a pizza place, McDonald's, Tim Horton's & Bob Evans. Less than a 10 minute drive to downtown Jamestown."

The good: The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean. Otherwise the property was run down. The room was reasonably clean, but the common areas were dirty. Very poor breakfast. I will avoid this hotel in the future. "
