"Good breakfast, comfortable bed and good hotel location."

"Hotel is beautiful, clean and property is lovely overlooking the lake. Bartender and restaurant hostess were miserable. There was no boutique or store for items, pharmaceuticals etc. No pharmacies or stores close by, so an opportunity for forgotten items or needed pharmacy items would have been convenient at the front desk."

"There was no hot water for a shower. I was unable to shower while there and the breakfast was not impressive. The sausage was dry and hard and not a great variety of items. "

"The room was old, tired and missing a lamp shade for the bedside table lamp. The carpet was worn, dirty and embarrassing to the name QUALITY. “Breakfast” was less than the usual continental CEREALS because the canisters contained crumble bits of Rice Krispies, fruit loops 😩 and look alike Cheerios. The hallway EXIT remained unlocked all night because the lock was broken. Bottom Security🙃 not Top Security."

"There is no elevator in this property. Navigating stairs with luggage is a challenge. The heat in my room was unable to be controlled, and it was extremely hot in the room. Even with air conditioning on and set on a low temperature, it was just tolerable. Nighttime temp was to be 25 degrees is why it was on heat. I did report it the evening I arrived and then upon checkout. Hotel was sold out so unable to move and no other hotels close by. Parking is easy and free. The hotel is convenient to the hospital. "

"The room was clean. The bed is a bit soft and dipped in the middle. The shower was really nice though. The staff was helpful. The breakfast is very limited. Bread, fruit and yogurt. Not bad overall. "
