Cardio makes us live longer, isn't it simply wonderful :) If you can't do stairs, don't book! "Can I have more details on the home layout?" • The home is three stories, you can park less than 6 feet from the front door. • The first floor (ground level) includes kitchen, dining room, living room and half bath. • Second floor features 2 bedrooms with full bath in-between, each with king bed. High end Samsung washer/dryer in laundry. • The third floor has the spacious primary suite with soaring vaulted ceilings and private balcony, along with en-suite dual-sink master bath and upgraded chrome shower heads. "Is the pool shared?" • Yes. However, it's NOT open to the general public, it's a private pool reserved exclusively for our local, immediate residents and our guests only. Think of it like a resort-style pool that maybe enjoyed by other local guests. Pool open from March to October. "Do you have parking?" • Yes, we have a dedicated parking spot located right out front with additional parking available in the same lot. Upon entry the stairs appeared to need sweeping and otherwise the hohse was fairly clean. Plenty of towels and shower toiletries were provided. Laundry room was adequately stocked with laundry essentials. The beds were pretty comfortable. The hostess was easy to get ahold of. Overall the space was very nice. I don't want to seem picking but when you are paying a cleaning fee your cleanness expectations are a bit higher than normal. Dust/dirt was very visible on the white floor trim board, dust bunnies in the corner on the floors, the walls going up the stairs & at the entry way either needed to wiped or painted and the main floor needed a good mopping as the bottom of our feet showed it.
