« The property was beautiful! It was very clean, very comfortable, and I loved the peacefulness of the home. Very relaxing. The host was easy to contact and accommodating! It was close to all the places we wanted to visit and exactly what we wanted! »

« Location was excellent. In walking distance to to Frazier St restaurants/shopping. House was comfortable. Cleanliness could be better. Baseboards and ceiling corners were dusty and had webs. BF and daughter complained about the beds too soft but I didn't have a problem. »

« The almost 100 year old family homestead was clean and nicely decorated. Our hosts Delon and Laura were very friendly. Beautiful views of the river and mountains. Lots of birds. This would be a good place for bird watchers. Short travel to suck creek with waterfalls and clear blue water on the sides of the road heading up the mountain to the ridge of canyon. »

« Great place for a family weekend trip. We enjoyed our stay. The house is an old house, but they have done a great job of updating it. It was clean and comfortable. The back deck had a lot of tree debris and the hot tub was a little green so we didn’t get in it, but we enjoyed the house and fire pit. Also, it is too far up a steep mountain/hill to walk to town and the park, but it’s within 5 miles from everything you need or want. »

« We had a great time at this property for a short family getaway. The only complaint I would have would be the busy street and it's loud at night when you're trying to sleep but that's nothing the owner can control. Overall the house was perfect, fully stocked, very spacious but cozy! Great communication from the host and we enjoyed staying at this property. »

« We absolutely loved this little pocket of heaven. Perfect sized house for three people. So clean and minutes away from St Elmo strip. After long days spent in downtown Chatt, walking, hiking and exploring, we looked forward to coming back to this oasis and recharging. I miss it already and we are already looking at future dates when we can return! The owners were very quick to respond and super sweet. All to say, you should stay here :) »

« Our eight day stay at the Old Pole Barn was SO wonderful, it’s hard to find all the right words to describe it. You’d be hard pressed to find a “neater”, “kooler”, greater, etc place to stay In Chattanooga, especially if you’d like to feel you are in the country - but yet the city is only minutes away. And, our hosts were the absolute “Best of the Best” of any we’ve had in 48 years of travel. We hope we will always be able to stay at The Ole Pole Barn when we come to Chattanooga. »

« Loved this place, great location close to so many things, clean and great communication with host. We had 6 adults so it was perfect. Only thing I would suggest is putting a tv in all bedrooms. Would stay here again! »

« The property is located in the fun vibe of the North Shore district with so many shops and eateries in walking distance. The Happy Home is amazingly set up with details thought of for guests with young children to those like us gathering with adult family. Beds were comfortable and everything so clean with high quality accessories. The owner was ever so kind in our interactions with her. »

« We enjoyed our stay overall - the location can't be beat! The house is on a quiet street but you're 5 minutes away from everything. There were lots of restaurants & shops to explore nearby on the North Shore. The house was very clean also. The knock on this one weas that the bedding was old & not very nice, especially for the extra beds (pull out couch, futon). »

« This is a unique place! Funky decor style in an up and coming part of Chattanooga. Very large 2 bedroom/2 bath unit. The living area also has a twin daybed and trundle. Checked all of our boxes: comfy beds, modern bathrooms, walkable to many restaurants and even the Chattanooga aquarium (1.5 miles). »

« We gathered here to rally around a sick family member. We hadn’t all been together in 12 years. This home surpassed what we had hoped it would be. Large is understatement. View is awesome. Well equipped kitchen. Host was so personable. We made happy memories! »
