Great location with easy parking, and several places were walkable where you would have had to pay for parking (such as the Incline Railway) if not already nearby. Beautiful space, with lots of small touches to make you feel at home! Great communication from the host as well.

My husband and I stayed here for a little weekend getaway. I chose this home based on its location. The home had everything we needed for our stay. It is new, modern, beautifully decorated and had lots of little extra touches that the host provided. The host was readily available if we had any questions. We highly recommend the Incline Railroad, Clumpies Ice Cream, Goodman Coffee and the 1885 Grill all within walking distance of the home. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Chattanooga.

This was a very nice townhome with an awesome location. It is literally less than a 5 minute walk to several places. The train that goes up Lookout Mountain is one. We had breakfast and coffee at Goodman's, lunch at the Purple Daisy, dinner at 1885. Also we had ice cream on two different nights, once at Mr. T's and the next night at Clumpies, both were great. It is a short drive (less than 10 minutes) to both Ruby Falls and Rock City. It is also a short drive to the market district in Chattanooga, there's a ton of stuff to do there. My only complaint is that we didn't stay longer, there was so much more to explore. The host of the location, Shannan, is amazing. She is a great communicator and made sure everything was in order for a Vrbo newbie like myself. She left us some snacks that were perfect for late night munchies as well as coffee pods for both the Keurig and the Nespresso. The place was spotless and well kept. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Shannan!

The townhome is adorable and super clean. Shannan has stocked the townhouse with everything you may need and more. She was so easy to communicate with and had great suggestions. Make sure you check out the house manual for great restaurants and local info. The location was perfect for us from the restaurants that were walking distance (literally across the street) to being centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit during our trip. It was my husband, our eleven your old son and myself. Our son loved that the top floor with the sofa bed was his bedroom. It worked out great. We had a wonderful stay and we will definitely stay here again the next time we head to Chattanooga.

Simply the Best Vacay Home!!!
This was the BEST vacay home we've ever stayed in. Shannon thought of absolutely everything! Check-in and check-out was easy. She gave very detailed instructions regarding every aspect of her home. Shannon thought of EVERYTHING! Comfortable bed linens & pillows, fully stocked kitchen with snacks, water, coffee pods & creamer, spices, ziploc bags, everything! She had extra towels, bathroom essentials, and all the comforts. Love the space, decor, location, parking. Everything was SUPERB! This townhome in St. Elmo provided a perfect homebase for our recent trip with our two teenagers. Shannan's communication was excellent - friendly, thorough, and timely. The location in St. Elmo cannot be beat. Within one block are fun shops, restaurants, ice cream, the incline, coffee .... The townhome was spotlessly clean, and the beds were quite comfortable. My husband and I loved our stay at Shannan's fabulous townhouse! A True Gem
This is an outstanding townhome, a true gem, and we had a wonderful stay. The townhome is a 3-story end unit with one bedroom, bath & laundry on the lower floor, kitchen & living area on the main floor, and another TV-watching area on the top floor, with an outdoor deck. It appears to be brand new and is very well-appointed with contemporary finishes and nice appliances. It’s very well-supplied with kitchen and toiletry items, and well-equipped with coffee makers, cookware, dishware, etc in the kitchen. The location is great, just at the base of Lookout Mountain, with several casual restaurants a couple blocks away (easy to walk to them). It’s convenient to downtown and easy to get out of town as well for the recreational activities that abound in the Chattanooga area. Our host was very responsive to our needs, and I would highly recommend this townhouse. We appreciated the nicely decorated, highly functional, and immaculate condition of this townhome. Parking in the lot behind the building was easy and convenient to the back entry of the townhome (on the main level). Parking on the street is also free and often available, with convenient access to the lower level. Note that it is a shoe-free home (be prepared to leave your shoes at the door), and the bed is rather high, so it might present a slight challenge for an older person, or someone with short legs or mobility issues.

The property was very clean and well organized. The owner was super fast at responding and accommodating to our wants and needs.
