HOUSE RULES:  
Pets are welcome with an $80 non-refundable fee and a 2 dog max. Please do not let pets on the furniture or in the beds. Please pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the outside trash can. Extra charges will apply for not picking up after your pet.   
Please treat our home with the same respect that you do your own.   
Please respect a courtesy quiet hour of 9pm for our neighbors.   
Only guests who are on the original booking should stay overnight.   
This is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke please do so outside and away from the house. Evidence of smoke (any substance) inside the home will result in an immediate $500 fine PLUS the cost of cleaning and remediation.   
  
Biohazard Cleaning Fee:  
For health and safety, a $100 cleaning fee will apply if vomit, fecal matter, blood, or other bodily fluids are documented by the cleaners on floors, bedding, furniture, or in common areas.   
  
CHECK OUT:  
Check out time is 10am.   
  
We will take care of cleaning, however we do ask you do the following:   
Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start them  
Place any trash or recycling in the appropriate trash cans outside  
  
We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs.  
  
NOTE: Any damages to the home or failure to comply with house rules will result in additional charges.   
  
Lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting. If you do spot a bug we will send pest control back out as quickly as possible, but please note that we do not provide refunds based on this.

All of the kitchen appliances were brand new and clean. The air conditioning worked REALLY well. Yard was huge and fully fenced. The beds were comfortable as well.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at the cottage. The property was clean and perfect for our needs. The location was an ideal point to access all parts of Chattanooga from the North Shore to Lookout Mountain. My dog adored the fenced-in yard. The house was cozy for a movie night and also had enough rooms for our teen traveler to get some space when needed. The laundry was convenient for us and the kitchen was great for staging a girl dinner night. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a home base for Chattanooga adventures.

The location was perfect for us and check in was simple! The kitchen had everything needed from silverware to wine glasses! Large brand new refrigerator with ice maker too. The bed was cozy and the entire home was clean!! Thank you Carrie we will be back!!!

#### Good One Night Stay

We had a good stay overall and the house was described as listed. The house was nice and cozy, beds super comfortable. The only negative for us personally was noticable pet hair on our socks when walking without shoes. It is a pet friendly rental, and we knew that when booking. It wasnt terrible, and if you are an "inside" pet owner, you likely would be fine and never notice it. For our family, we just wished it had been a little deeper cleaned since we weren't bringing a dog. It was just a one night stay, so really not a huge problem. Just mentioning in case others are like us and not used to pet hair in the house. Would be easily taken care of with a good deep clean. The house otherwise is cute and quaint, in a very quiet safe neighborhood and close to many things. A short 20 minute drive for us to Bear Trace at Harrison Bay golf course, which is why we were in the area.

#### Perfect Place and Wonderful Stay

The "Grandma Squad" thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Yellow Door while in town for a family wedding. The property was clean, beds were comfortable, and we had everything one would need in the kitchen. Over the years, we have rented a variety of cabins/houses. We rate this rental and the owner both a 5\. The owner is considerate and responsive. Highly recommend.

#### Sleepy Neighborhood Makes For Safe Stay

Located more north of the city, this house is at the end of an “L Street” where traffic must slow down to turn making it a quiet area. All houses on the street are well-maintained. Felt very safe with my family and would stay here again. Bed was very comfortable and appliances were new. Couch could have been more comfortable but such is modern furniture. Front yard has beautiful maple tree providing shade to get outside. Host was very communicative and even allowed us to stay a couple more hours so our infant could complete their nap. Very hospitable and kind.

#### Great place to stay.

Great house with a beautiful backyard. Conveniently located within, at most, 30 minutes of anything you could want to do in the Chattanooga area. Grocery store and gas station within a mile. Carrie, the property manager was great. We had zero issues and she made herself very available. The house was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out was a breeze. We always cook on vacation and the kitchen had every pot, pan and utensil we needed. The grill was great too. Would recommend to anyone.

House and yard are quite nice. Appreciated having laundry there for 9-day stay. Loved having black-out panels on windows for quiet and dark mornings. Plenty of streaming options on tv. Dining chairs are counter height- maybe add a simple length of counter along empty kitchen wall for more convenient eating..

#### Chattanooga Stay

The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The location had easy access to highways. The home was comfortable with accurate description of bedrooms. The yard is very large and fenced in. The bathroom ceiling presented with orange staining spots, which looks dirty. The shower head is very outdated and looks dingy with poor spray. The laundry was outside in carport, which was easy to access, and W/ D worked fine. Overall the stay was comfortable for the few days we stayed. The house is definitely older, but had all the basics.

#### Quiet, clean, and comfortable 

This place was perfect and the neighborhood was as quiet as they come. Very little traffic went by. We traveled with our dog and were pleasantly surprised by all the extras, like a comfy dog bed, dog toys, dog bowls, etc. and the yard was nice and big too. The place was spotless too. Very pleasant stay and I will definitely try to book it again next time we come to town to visit our daughter , son-in-law and 1 year old grandson!
