We have 3 kids and the bedroom situation was why we gave it a 4\. They were too far away from us on the lower level bedroom so we had to use the cots upstairs, which thank God they had 2 on site!! It really was a nice property and everything was clean and comfortable beds and furniture. We enjoyed being able to be minutes from Lookout Mountain and downtown. The neighbors were very kind and the parking was awesome. TVs were a little fussy on the main floor and master as well. Minutes from Ruby Falls, the Incline Railway and Rock City, as well as the Tennessee Aquarium. The set up allowed 2 girls to share the 1st floor bedroom while the third had a rollaway to herself on the second/main floor. All three shared the 1st floor bathroom and we had the top floor bedroom and bathroom. The unit was very nice and appeared to be fairly new. It was well furnished and comfortable, and clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Donna was easy to communicate with and responded quickly for any questions. This VRBO is within a 10/15 min drive (mostly shorter) to Ruby Falls, Lookout Mountain, Rock City, The Incline, and the Children’s Museum (and probably lots more that we didn’t visit this time around). At times you have to sacrifice the location or the booking, however, neither were sacrifices here. In addition to the location, our host was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and offered many suggestions on things to do in the area as well as restaurant recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for more and glad we landed such a remarkable deal! ##### Richard B.
