The home comes with two assigned parking spots that are labeled with the corresponding address. There are no additional spots available besides very limited street parking (along cul-de-sac and outside the gate of Atomic Ridge) which is first come first serve. We strongly suggest only bringing two cars.

An easy 7 minute drive will bring you to Chattanooga\`s hip Southside scene while 15 minutes away is historic Lookout Mountain where you can enjoy Rock City, Ruby Falls, and the Incline. Hiking, biking, kayaking, and many more outdoor activities are within a 15 minute drive. Don\`t forget to check out the historic site of the Battle of Missionary Ridge just a short walk from Atomic Ridge.  
  
Our home has one dedicated parking space and one guest space in the community. Any additional vehicles may park along the street if space is available. Parking is closely monitored by residents so please be courteous and only use your 2 available spots.

The home comes with two assigned parking spots that are labeled with the corresponding address. We strongly suggest only bringing two cars. If guests are parked in spaces assigned for another address, they could be subject to towing.   
  
While enjoying your stay in this Airbnb, we recommend taking a few simple precautions to ensure a comfortable experience and to minimize the appearance of ants. Keep food sealed in airtight containers, clean up crumbs and spills immediately, and dispose of trash properly. Avoid leaving food in sleeping areas. Your cooperation helps maintain a pleasant environment for everyone!  
  
If dishes are not started before checking out, there will be a charge of $25.00\.   
  
If trash is not taken out before checking out, there will be a charge of $25.00\.   
  
No more than 7 guests are allowed. Undisclosed additional guests will result in a penalty of $200/guest.  
  
We will not accept any last minute alterations made to the reservation within 7 days of booking.   
  
Gas fire pit upstairs:  
Please make sure if you use the upstairs fire pit, that you turn the propane tank off immediately after use. There will be a $75 fee if left on.  
  
\-Please keep 1st floor and 2nd floor on the same mode setting (HEAT or COOL). If they are on separate settings, the system could freeze. Feel free to change temperature. 3rd floor is its own setting.   
  
\-No events are allowed.  
  
\- No pets are allowed.  
  
\- If any policy (including events or pets) is violated there will automatically be a $150 charge and be reported to Airbnb for possible termination of reservation.  
  
\-Left Behind Items: Guest is responsible for all shipping costs, plus a $50 convenience fee, for any Lost and Found items that Owner is requested to return to Guest. Items found and not claimed within 7 days will be disposed of at the discretion of Owner.  
  
\- Please note that this unit can not receive mail and there is no key for the mailbox on site.

#### Beautiful Place To Stay!

We loved loved staying at this property. There were only 3 of us which gave us ample room to spread out but the house was so clean and all the supplies well maintained. We loved coming "home" each night and spent extra time just enjoying the rental. The kitchen dishes were well stocked and the bedrooms very open and cozy. I definitely reccomend this as a beautiful place to stay in Chatanooga!

#### Clean and modern

We had our family and in-laws staying with us. This place was very clean, comfortable and cozy. Very open, well lit and a nice gated community at the top of a hill. Easy access to every road and location we traveled to from downtown, to East ridge for baseball to going on hikes and sight seeing. Would recommend and stay here again.

We loved our stay here! The place was very clean and so cute! The only thing was the parking. We were always able to find a spot, but it might have been in the street or you would get blocked in. This did not take away from the weekend! I would 100% stay here again!

#### Convenient and quiet

Access gate, cul de sac street and trees surrounding the units makes this a very peaceful spot on the end of Missionary Ridge high above the bustle of Chatt. The unit we were in, 190, like all of them, it appears, are somewhat new in construction. The porches provide treehouse views off the back and though we didn’t use it, there was a gas grill. AC worked well and all appliances were new. Every area was tidy and clean and provided the necessary basics. TVs were easy to use.

#### Safety of the property is questionable

Beautiful property, but we had to vacate the property after one night for safety concerns. We discovered what would turn out to be, 4000 Fentanyl pills that were in the kitchen cabinet in plastic bags on top of the dinner plates. The authorities were called, and we were advised to leave. Property owner has stated he will provide a full refund but would not subsidize any costs for the hotel that we needed to book. Three rooms in a hotel for 4 nights.
