Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront access. Our bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom, and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners, and a microwave. Seating for 4 is available with a kitchen table and bar seating.
The living room has seating for up to 6 guests. And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Great location, beautiful town and location, so much to do, stay at least 3 nights to absorb the vibe, food, views and the incredible beauty of Charlevoix and nearby area. Pool and facilities were more than adequate, perfect pool temperature. Extremely satisfactory, only wish was a larger refrigerator.

Weekend Get Away

Charlevoix is a beautiful lake town. The downtown was cute with lots of boutique shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful time. The view from our condo was great. The staff was very accommodating, especially “Grace.” She went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Just wish the hot tub was working.

The only negative was the hot tub was a hit or miss whether the jets worked and there weren't always clean towels available at the pool.

The interior needs to be updated, not sure why I had two microwaves and no toaster. The pots and pans are really in bad shape so bring your own if that’s what you need. The bathroom really needs updating, mold in the bathtub. Aside from the interior that needs updating. The unit is a nice spot to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect spot for enjoying downtown Charlevoix. We spent a girls’ weekend in town and easily walked to restaurants, bars, and shops. The cross country and hiking trails were short drives. The condo itself was good for a short weekend. The kitchen is too small for a longer stay with a family cooking and eating. The heat seemed to be programmed to cooler temps than we were used to. We couldn’t override the thermostat settings so we had to wear extra layers while relaxing and visiting in the evening. The place was clean, appropriately stocked, the building was nice and the location was great. I’d stay there again for a short stay where I wanted to access downtown.
