The building was modern yet nestled amongst the typical structures found in Charleston. Main attractions were just a short drive away, which we didn't mind. The location was very good and the amenities were just what we wanted for a ladies get away. The host was excellent and responded to all our questions. I would definitely stay there again. The location was convenient. The property was very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The only downside was our car was minutes from being towed when we went outside one morning. We were not informed of the street sweeping schedule and the sign was obscured by overhanging trees. Obviously, my fault but something that probably should have been mentioned either when we checked in or in their "book" in the condo. The operators of the resort were kind enough to refund the $$$ I paid for off street parking. I would recommend paying up for the onsite parking for a piece of mind. Also, there is a bit of street noise at late hours and early morning. But overall a great place to stay. Would definitely stay here again. ##### Eric E. It is a close (<1 mi) walk to all things downtown charleston and everything is new, clean and up to date. If you're staying a weekend in charleston this is a great option. Excellent service. The place was very clean and exactly as advertised. The management team provided very clear and detailed instructions and they were very responsive.
