They decor is beautiful, beds are comfy, lots of bath towels provided. They even had some beach towels. There were also adults books and family games. The house is a few blocks from the main drag but the only noise you hear is people driving by, no noise from the lively town. Having off street parking is huge because there are cars parked all over the street from people visiting the beach. I wish the town had sidewalks on the side streets, but that isn't anything the owner can change. We just made sure to get home early so we weren't walking on the road when the town got busy at night. The town was not family friendly at night time so we wouldn't want to hang there late anyway. ##### Jessica N. The decor is adorable and everything was very clean. My husband and I stayed there with our two children, 10 and 12\. The size of the home was just right - we never felt on top of each other. The backyard space is great and completely private from the neighbors. The location relative to the beach and downtown Folly just can’t be beat. The only time we used our car was to drive the easy trip into downtown Charleston. The hosts were so gracious and we loved every minute of our time in their sweet home/town. ##### Caryn V.
