Additionally, you are near the hospital so you will get a few ambulances throughout the day/evening. Be prepared to wake throughout the night and morning. Also a good long walk from King street. But some cute restaurants close. The house is exactly as it appears online. The concierge was very helpful. You cannot park two cars side-by-side, they are one in front of the other, so you have to ask other travelers to move their vehicles. Also, you are right at an intersection, with a hospital nearby. You hear noise day and night with the traffic. You will not want to sit out on the front porch. All night long you will hear fire trucks, ambulance, and even medical helicopters. The house is a duplex, the renter next-door smoked on the porch. You're about a mile and a half away from stores and shopping. Only a couple of blocks from a good-sized grocery store.
