"I would not stay here again. the freezer was frozen and leaked on the floor. no extra blankets, the bathroom was not clean and had hair on the flor and hair on the shower floor. The place should have been half the price with the condition it was in. the worst stay I have ever had with an expedia property !"

"Hard to get there. Parking was not available. No napkins, paper towels or ice. We rented a 5bedroom villa but doesn’t exist. Only 2 bedrooms. Location was not walking distance to anything. Pros clean and no pests."

"Daniel was an amazing property keeper. His sons were very polite and quiet considering they were two small boys. There are two houses on the property, we stayed in the smaller house which has two bedrooms. One is a master and one has two beds a queen and a twin. They have a playpen in each room in case you need it. My room was the master, it has a queen size bed with a huge bathroom. "This is my third time renting this home. The host is excellent and very accommodating. The house is always spotless. Each room has its own full bath and there is a half bath on the first floor. Washer with clothes line and full kitchen for cooking. Large patio with grill. Safe with fenced parking. Location is between Ajijic and Chapala. I would highly recommend this property."

"We spend most of our time up on the mirador or in the fountain garden below. The house is well appointed and nicely decorated. There is a built in water filter/purifier with a separate faucet for drinkable water at the kitchen sink so you don't have to worry about buying drinking water. "Room was very clean, and I loved that it had A/C because we stayed in May it was hot outside. Slept very comfortably because the A/C was very fresh. Took a shower, loved that the shower had a lot of water pressure. Staff was very very friendly while we were checking in it was hot outside they offered cold water and gave my husband a cold beer. Only thing is I booked on Expedia.com paid for the room, but apparently you can’t pay thru Expedia.com only in person. They were nice enough to let me log onto my credit card that I used to book the hotel, yes they were right it didn’t take my payment. So be aware you can only pay at the hotel. I would definitely stay there again. Great location very close walk to the pier, shopping and restaurants. Loved it "
