Great location for Chantilly and trains into Paris

Lovely clean hotel, well located for Chantilly and train station, very friendly staff especially reception lady when we booked in and Aloise in the restaurant fro breakfast, good breakfast also

We loved our stay at the Chantilly Best Western. Great and friendly staff, beautiful, spacious and comfortable rooms. The city has so much history. The visit of the chateau was amazing.

Hotel was nice and clean with good service, but be aware that the picture on the hotel's profile is of a beautiful building nearby and not of the hotel itself. That said, the hotel was lovely and clean, just not quite what we were expecting appearance wise.

Perfect stay, amazing service!

The whole experience was just great! The service was amazing! We arrived quite early (around 12) because we came directly after our flight to the hotel. The staff however was super friendly and didn’t make any problem as our room was already ready! The room was bigger than expected, the coffee was good and there were even complementary drinks in the minibar, something you don’t see often nowadays but makes you feel so much more welcome. A huge compliment for the staff! We will definitely come back and recommend the hotel! Thank you

Well situated on a fairly quiet road 20 minutes walk from the chateau. Good restaurant. Minor gripes: I was on the top floor with a low ceiling. Air conditioning temperamental.Only one small lift for a busy hotel.

Nice room And good price.

Quiet. Room was large and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was €12, secure and right out the door of the hotel, very accessible. We ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel dining room, and it was very good and well priced. The train station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel, and for about €14 you can ride right to the Louvre and back. I was in Chantilly many years ago, and I’m very glad that I was able to go back for another visit.

A large room with an equally large and comfortable king sized bed. Bathroom was spacious but the shower had a half glass wall curtain that I find gets water everywhere. We were facing the main road and it was a little loud with cars when we first went to bed but we did manage to have a good sleep and would recommend the hotel.

Noisy. Disappointing. Nice staff and clean

Hotel does not look like the photos. But still clean and comfortable. Very nice staff. Only downside was that they do not have any twin rooms that are quiet. Hotel has an awkward tight parking but beware… they charge!! This is not clear when booking! We were given a twin room at the front side of the hotel which was very very noisy. Not a great night sleep. The room was quite hot. Very disappointing breakfast, most items were cold and pastries had ran out by the time we got there, way before breakfast time ended. Coffee was from a machine which was not very nice especially for the price that they charge. Wouldn’t go back. But yeah overall disappointing

Superb location, spotlessly clean and a good breakfast & quality restaurant with fresh produce served well. Generally speaking all the staff were friendly & very helpful but that was not always the case. The welcome we received at reception was under whelming to say the least, hardly engaged with us at all. Provided no information what so ever. Very disappointing and not a very good initial impression of the hotel. The staff at breakfast were very friendly, and helpful too but one big negative was they were slow in clearing tables. On the first morning more than half of the restaurant was closed off meaning there was little space to sit but no clean table either. My wife cleared our table on the first morning. That was a shame because the staff were nice and the breakfasts were superb. The shower over the bath may be problematic for some accessing it for use, maybe a grab rail would make a great addition. We found it difficult, others may not though but just a word of warning. All on all we enjoyed our stay, it was in an ideal location, a short walk into town, attractions including the racecourse. Buses also go by the hotel. Very clean, a good standard and we'd have no problem staying there again but not at the price we paid taking into account the probs we had but these things happen I suppose from time to time but I would still recommend it.
