"The hotel was charming, located on a tucked away little street just a short stroll from the Venetian Port. Be aware that there are some stairs to get to the hotel and we were on the 5 th floor with no elevator. "
"The absolute best place to stay in Chania! The suites are located one block from the busy streets, so you’re very close to everything but are also able to have a quiet sleep. But above all, Maria (the property manager) is the most lovely person on earth. She went above and beyond to make sure our time in Crete was incredible."
"Beautiful hotel on the pedestrianised area of Chania in a very central location just behind the waterfront - convenient for a multitude of restaurants and bars - with very knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff"
"Lovely stay in amazing Chania! Shalom hotel is a perfect place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the city close to shops and restaurants. The room was very clean and big enough for our 5 days stay. The host is lovely - friendly and helpful! We had an amazing time exploring Chania! Also the restaurant in front of the apartment serves great food! "

Enjoyable short stay in Chania
"Nice, clean hotel to spend a couple of days in Chania. You could easily walk to the harbour from here by going through streets with various vendors.
The restaurant in the hotel was good and decently priced, although majority of the dishes use frozen ingredients.
Otherwise there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, even several pharmacies.
