Be advised that there is no parking around this hotel as it's in the pedestrian district of Old Town Chania so do your research about parking beforehand! Also, there is no elevator so I would advise not taking a large suitcase (as I did). I really felt like I was staying in someone's home here and I can't recommend this hotel enough! We rented a car but it stayed parked the whole time as everything is walkable. Also, Greece has lots of cats! It was a charming and beautiful place. The owner checked us in and took the time to explain the area and provided a map and recommendations. We were welcomed with fresh fruits and a bottle of wine. Our room was located in heart of Chania old town, literally steps from the beautiful harbor. Without his advice, it wouldn't have been the same. The room was meticulously designed and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect, very beautiful and convenient, in ancient Chania.
