Pleasant surprise, great hotel!

This area is a bit far away from the center and main areas we wanted to get to like Mall of America, Twin Cities Outlet Mall etc But so worth the drive. The pool is very kid friendly. Staff was very helpful. The location is close to major stores like Target, Walmart and lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast lady was really sweet and nice and keeps checking up on us if we were ok with the food. The breakfast was delicious also. We definitely would recommend this hotel. Loved the water park! Lots of free parking.

Love the separate bedroom from the living/kitchen area. It’s so handy to have a washer and dryer in the room. Staff is extremely helpful and the manager did some moving things around to accommodate a couple extra nights and not having to move rooms. I LOVE this place.

Avid is our go-to hotel when we stay in MN on our travels & concerts. We’ve always had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff have always been welcoming & accommodating. We often check in quite late & the one night shift guy has always been a joy. The rooms are always clean, the beds & pillows cozy & the variety at breakfast is a nice bonus. The area it is located in is nice & quiet & close to plenty of accommodations.
