This place was great! Super clean. Helpful staff! I could drive up to the floor where my room was. Facility was super clean. On-site restaurants were nice. The room was clean. No issues. It was great. I would definitely stay again

We were in town for a reunion in Bethel Park and this is the only hotel in town. The staff is excellent and responded to our needs and concerns. The hotel is in need of a renovation. It is worn and tired. The pillows are like pancakes and the beds are not comfortable. Our lamp on the nightstand was missing a switch to turn on and off and the metal shower caddy that holds toiletries had fallen off the shower wall and was sitting on the tiny bathroom counter. The rooms are spacious but the bathroom was tiny. Joe in maintenance was excellent and fixed all our issues promptly and cheerfully. We had asked housekeeping in the morning to please take care of our room ( empty trash, make bed, fresh towels) When we returned in the evening it had not been done. Crystal the manager made it right by apologizing for all of the above and giving us a monetary room discount. The included breakfast was acceptable and Gordon & Fernando were on top of everything while being friendly and cheerful. When we were ready to check out after our three day stay, instead of a price discount adjustment, we were charged extra. Yuliya & Umang at front desk handled it professionally & quickly since there was a long line at 11 to check out. We have stayed here 4 times over the years and wish they would give the hotel a well deserved refresh.
