Loved the sauna and hot water/tea options. The terrace was also a nice area to sit and relax. The bed was too firm, but I still slept well. Everything else was perfect! I liked exploring the mini bar. I would definitely stay again.

The room and staff was awesome. Excellent service and the location is perfect. However, needs improvement. The first thing they need to improve is the communication. They need to provide better instruction and guidance. They need to explain how the purchased food works. They need to let the guests in advance that they need to make reservations for diner. They need to improve the wifi connection, it was very badly.

This hotel is very nice, is in old Town so the side walk are brick which is a little bit of a pain to drag your luggage over. And it is about a 20 minute walk from the train station. Also there is a church near by that rings it's bells every 15 minutes. This is no A/C but our second room did have a fan. The first room we had the shower didn't drain properly and it started flooding the bathroom floor. The second room wasn't any better. We had the best room ever! Very spacious and the location is amazing, right on the ski hill. The spa is great and don't miss the very cozy bar with fireplace. The staff were excellent, very helpful getting us ski rentals and information. Loved this hotel, truly a wonderful place to stay!
